Feng Shui Bagua Map

A feng shui bagua map divides the home into eight life areas. This page draws it from the compass or from the entrance wall. You choose one method. The two maps are not averaged.

Two ways to lay the map

Compass bagua keeps sectors fixed: the wealth area stays in the southeast of the building. Door bagua rotates so that the wall with the entrance becomes the starting edge. A feng shui bagua map must say which one you picked. A blended map points at a corner nobody measured.

Select the method, then the sitting or the entrance side. The drawing labels the eight areas in plain words. It does not score the home.

How to use a sector

Stand in the sector the map names and look at what is already there. A feng shui bagua map for the wealth corner is useful when that corner is a blocked closet. Clear a shelf and fix the light. The map is not a shopping list.

The personal Kua directions are not drawn on this map. If a bed decision needs a person, open the Kua calculator after you finish the floor plan.

  • Pick compass or door
  • Label the choice in your home notes
  • Change one sector, then stop

Limits of the drawing

An apartment that is not a rectangle will not match the diagram edge to edge. Use the map on the main living floor and ignore tiny notches. Missing corners are noted, not feared. A missing southeast closet does not require a move.

FAQ

Which feng shui bagua map is correct?

Each school is consistent inside itself. Pick one and keep it.

Do I include the balcony?

Include the floor you actually live on. A unused balcony can stay outside the outline.

Can I place the map on one room only?

Yes. Say so in the note. Do not then treat it as the whole building.

Does the map replace Kua?

No. The map is the house layer.
